She comes from the academic and research world where she dealt with psychology applied to organizations, employment and economy. She obtained a PhD in "Psychology of work and organizations" at Università Milano-Bicocca, a Master of Science at London School of Economics. She lived and worked for long periods abroad, developing research projects in countries such as Argentina, China, UK, Spain. 

She is the teaching responsible of the course "Analysis and intervention in organizational contexts" at the Faculty of Psychology at Università Milano-Bicocca. She mainly deals with organizational consulting and has been in charge for several years of the ASFOR research on Evolutionary Trend of Management Training in parallel to her research and study activities.
