After graduating in Political Science from Università Cattolica del Sacro Cuore, always looking for “new mentors”, he chose to deepen his reserches at Università di Trieste, where he studied Science of Governament and Public Administration. Already passioned in organizational dynamics, during his experience in Trieste, he developped an increasing interest in Human Resources field. Specifically, he concentratred his studies on new technologies’ and artificial intelligence’s impact on decisional processes.

Since april 2019, he is in Summit, where he supports Senior Partners in managing different projects, he handles coordination of survey online, social reserches based on interviews and focus group, and design and implementation of assessment and development center.
