He graduated in Philosophy and Psychology, he has an extensive experience as a trainer and organizational and management consultant. He worked in different organizational contexts: private companies, public administration, education, health, nonprofit. In these areas it has designed and delivered training courses on organizational behavior topics.
Member of the Psychologists Register, he conducts coaching for managers and professionals.
He is Contract Professor of "Work Psychology" at the Faculty of Medicine of Università di Torino and of "Personal Communication Skills" at the Master in Business Administration and Marketing and Communication of the Faculty of Economics of the same university. He has published numerous essays and articles in the fields of resource management, leadership and work psychology.
