Graduated in Psychology, he has gained 25 years of experience in Management Consulting. His main experience has been in the consulting firm Hay Group, where he worked for 14 years with increasing levels of responsibility, from 1998 to 2012.
He is an expert in training, coaching, assessment, talent development and performance management processes, he operated transversely in all business sectors, with a particular focus in the financial, engineering, utilities areas.
He gained a certificate for the management of programs on Emotional Intelligence (following the methodology of Daniel Goleman) and for the Top Team management processes (Richard Hackman methodology, Harvard University).
He is the author of the book "The right question" (Franco Angeli, 2004) and professor in the Master HR, Business School - Sole 24 Ore.
In relation to projects relating to performance management processes, he defined the managerial and professional competence models for the following companies: Buongiorno (mobile entertainment), Gruppo Trasporti Torino (transport), Saras (chemistry), Centro Sviluppo Materiali (research), AISM (non-profit), Bayer and Merck (for medical representatives), Acciai Speciali Terni (engineering).
